How to purchase images of Bas Meelker Photography

>Hoe kan ik foto's uit de beeldbank bestellen?
>Stap 1: registreren
Om foto's te kunnen bestellen uit de beeldbank dient u zich eerst te registreren. Vervolgens kunt u met uw gebruikersnaam en paswoord inloggen in de beeldbank.
>Stap 2: foto's toevoegen aan uw winkelwagentje (Shopping cart)
Zodra u de foto gevonden heeft die u wilt bestellen kunt u onder de foto op 'Buy now' klikken. Een nieuwe pagina verschijnt waar u de foto groter kunt bekijken en alle details kunt zien. Onder aan de pagina vind u een aantal producten terug met de beschrijving en de prijs. U heeft de keuze uit drie productcategorieen:
- Digital file (high-res 300dpi - tiff) max. 1/2 A4
- Digital file (high-res 300dpi - tiff) max. A4
- Digital file (high-res 300dpi - tiff) > A4 (bv. spead, cover)
Deze producten zijn geschikt voor het overgrote deel van de redactionele toepassingen. Wilt u een foto bestellen voor andere toepassingen? Aarzel dan niet om met ons contact op te nemen of maak gebruik van het bestelformulier.
Door vervolgens op de button 'Add to cart' te klikken, wordt uw foto aan uw winkelwagentje toegevoegd.
>Stap 3: de foto('s) bestellen
In het volgende scherm ziet u de door u geselecteerde foto, de prijs en de verzendkosten. Deze prijs is exclusief BTW (wordt niet berekend over verzendkosten). U kunt vervolgens verder winkelen (continue shopping) of verder gaan met uw bestelling (Check out).
>Stap 4: bevestigen van uw bestelling :afleveradres (indien van toepassing)
In dit scherm vindt u informatie over uw bestelling, de betalingsmogelijkheden en de levering. Tevens vindt u hier, indien van toepassing, een overzicht van het afleveradres. De gegevens worden automatisch gevuld met uw registratiegegevens. Indien gewenst kunt u het afleveradres wijzigen.
>Stap 5: betalingswijze kiezen
Vervolgens kunt u de gewenste betalingswijze kiezen. U kunt op twee manieren betalen:
- Met credit card via Paypal. Hiervoor heeft u uiteraard een credit card nodig en een Paypal account. Een paypal account kunt u gratis aanmaken via www.paypal.nl. Betalen via Paypal is een veilige en handige manier om online te betalen.
- Betalen door middel van overmaking van het verschuldigde bedrag (betalen via factuur). Hierbij betaald u achteraf aan de hand van een factuur. De factuur wordt na het afronden van de bestelling automatisch naar uw e-mailadres verzonden.
>Stap 6: factuurgegevens (alleen bij betaling via factuur) en de bestelling verzenden
Als laatste krijgt u een overzicht van uw factuurgegevens. Deze gegevens worden wederom automatisch gevuld met uw registratiegegevens. Indien gewenst kunt u deze gegevens wijzigen. Door vervolgens op de 'Submit' button te klikken verstuurd u uw bestelling. Na het succesvol verzenden van uw bestelling krijgt u automatisch per e-mail een bevestiging in de vorm van een factuur.

Searching the image library
> We have
endeavored to create an easy to search database for our growing
collection of images. As you can see there are numerous categories to
browse. You can also enter keywords in the search box to narrow your
choices. We have embedded keywords into all the image collections to
respond to more selected searches. The scope of your search results will
be determined by your selection of keywords.
> Quick Search - By default the image library uses "Match at least one keyword" for the quick search function. If you input "sunset waddenzee" (without the quotes) into the quick search field, then the search function will return results for any media that contain either "beautiful" OR "sunset" in its properties.
The image library supports the "AND" and "NOT" operands in the quick search function by the use of the plus sign (+) and minus sign (-) respectively in front of the keywords.

If you input "waddenzee + sunset" (without the quotes) into the search field, the system will only return results for any media that contain both keywords "waddenzee" AND "sunset" in its properties.

If you input "waddenzee -sunset" (without the quotes) into the search field, the system will return results for any media that contain the keyword "waddenzee", but this media can't contain the keyword "sunset" in its properties.

Note: There must not any spaces between
the second keyword and the input operands (+), (-) keywords.
> Advanced Search - The advanced search function doesn't use the same algorithms as above. It offers options allowing you to choose which operand you want to use for your searches.
There are three options available.

Match at least one keyword
The system will return results for any media that contain either one
of the input keywords in its properties.

Match all keywords
The system will only return results for any media that contain all
input keywords in its properties.

Match exact phrase
The system will only return results for any media that contains the
exact input keyword phrase in its properties.
The Lightbox
> The Lightbox is
YOUR collection of images. You may add up to 30 images to your lightbox.
If you wish to purchase an image that is in your lightbox, click on the
thumbnail to view the enlarged image. Select the items that you want to
purchase and click on the "add to cart" button.
My Account
> This page shows your account details. Here you can change your account details and edit your profile.
Quality
> All files are available in high resolution quality for use in printed publications. They have a resolution of 300dpi and are saved as high quality TIFF files. Should you require higher resolution or different file types, please contact us directly by phone or email with your specifications.
> You are granted a licence for a
ONE TIME USE - This means that you can use the image for one type of
publication. If you use the image in a brochure, you do not have the
right to then create a new product such as a magazine ad which uses the
same image.
Product Return Policy
> If for any reason you are not satisfied with a print order, we will refund 100% of your order upon its return to us in the condition that it was received. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. You must contact us prior to any return and we will give you specific return instructions.
